1990   Management buyout combines Dialight and other related companies into UK-based multinational Roxboro Group Ltd
1992   Dialight becomes primary indicator supplier to the high growth networking market
1993   Roxboro Group PLC successfully concludes initial public offering on London Stock Exchange
1994   Dialight provides LED clearance marker lights for fleet-wide retrofit of New York City Buses
1995   Dialight introduces the first AllnGaP LED traffic signal module
1996   Dialight introduces the transit industry's most extensive line of LED signal and marker lights
1997   Dialight announces the first hi-flux LED traffic signal with significant reduction in LED count and enhanced reliability
2000   Dialight becomes the first FAA certified supplier of LED signals
2001   Dialight receives FAA approval on L810 and L864 obstruction lights

Dialight establishes assembly operations in Ensenada, Mexico

Dialight becomes an Energy Star® Partner
2002   Dialight establishes its European presence with the acquisition of Garufo in Germany
2003   Dialight establishes its hi-flux design center in Farmingdale, NJ

Dialight introduces its IntelliLED™ traffic signal
2004   Dialight introduces its SpectraMix© LED Dynamic Color Control System

Dialight obtains Class 1 Div 2 rating on L810 obstruction light
2005   Wynn Resort opens with SpectraMix© controlled underwater fountain lights

To focus investment on the rapidly emerging solid state lighting market, Dialight’s sister divisions of the Roxboro Group are spun off. The group is renamed Dialight Plc. (London Exchange listing is DIA)
